Sally Kendall-Williams is a certified personal trainer and physical therapist assistant with more than two decades of experience in the health and fitness field. Her background includes years of hands-on work in physical therapy clinic settings, combined with extensive experience coaching strength, movement, and performance across a wide range of populations.
As a competitive bodybuilder who has competed in professional fitness competitions around the world, Sally understands firsthand that fitness is not a single destination—it is a personal, evolving journey that looks different for every individual.
Her coaching philosophy centers on sustainability, consistency, and education. Sally believes meaningful progress comes from understanding your body, respecting the process, and showing up consistently rather than striving for perfection. Clients are encouraged to focus on long-term habits, intelligent training choices, and steady improvement over time.
Outside of coaching, Sally is a devoted mother to two active adult daughters and enjoys staying active through hiking, running, cycling, and outdoor adventures with friends. She is passionate about both the physical and mental benefits of movement and is deeply committed to helping clients progress from wherever they are—guiding them forward with clarity, experience, and genuine support.
