In-person coaching at Upside Fitness is hands-on, intentional, and client-centered.

With over 15 years of experience working in physical therapy clinic settings, my exercise programming helps bridge the gap between physical therapy and higher-level gym training by emphasizing sound mechanics, progressive loading, and confidence as clients return to more demanding activity.
